I am a former 2 sport collegiate athlete who has been involved in, and is?very passionate about, health and wellness throughout my life. I enjoy?sharing my views on workouts, recipes, and products on my blog cswFitYoga.?I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition and Fitness Coach,?and a Registered Yoga Teacher. I enjoy working out, all things?competitive, and finding new clean recipes to try with my family. I love?spending time with my husband and two sons ages 5 and 17 months! I am?currently training for the Warrior Dash, and a couple of 1/2 marathons?this fall. I recently completed my 4th 1/2 marathon besting my time by 20?minutes. I have also began taking up Crossfit and couldn?t be more?thrilled. It is such a rush. I recently added online Personal Training to?my blog and it has been an absolutely amazing experience and am so looking?forward to what is in store. The blogosphere is astounding and I am very?grateful to have the opportunity to be a Fitfluential Ambassador and to?have connected with so many amazing health and fitness bloggers.
