Based in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne, this leading commercial equipment business designs, develops, manufactures and markets an impressive range of products globally and prides itself on providing outstanding support to its customers.?Reporting to the Managing Director and forming part of the senior management team, this role is responsible for leading a small HR team in the provision of full spectrum HR support to the Australasian business. With both a strategic &?operational?component, you will oversee every part of the function, providing leadership,?guidance?and support to the HR team as well as high level coaching & advice to senior business leaders. Key accountabilities will include policy development, performance management & development, remuneration & benefits, including payroll, employee & industrial relations, occupational health & safety, talent management and succession planning.?
An experienced & professionally qualified HR generalist with proven team leadership experience, you bring a track record of achievement gained within complex, mixed workforce and ideally multi-site environments. Highly commercial and financially numerate, you are able to flex between strategic and operational activities and possess the ability to build relationships & influence at all levels, from shop floor to the boardroom. Competent in HRIS systems, you bring a solid understanding of the current industrial relations landscape and most importantly, the drive, energy and desire to make a contribution to the success of the business.?
